The app you log fuel with on shift. It saves with no signal, and setup takes about two minutes.

You don't need an account. Your admin texts you a code. If you run the crew, see pricing for owners.

Setup

Three steps and you're logging

  1. Step 1

    Get the app from your company

    Your admin sends you your code and tells you how to get the app. It runs on Android phones with Android 10 or newer.

  2. Step 2

    Type the code your admin texts you

    Your code is your login. Type it in once and you stay signed in on that phone. There's no email or password.

  3. Step 3

    Log each fill-up

    Tap it in, or say it if you have signal. It saves on your phone and sends when you get signal again.

    Say it instead of typing

    Tap the mic on a field and say the unit, the place or the gallons.

Questions from fuelers

What does it cost me?
Nothing. Your company pays for your seat.
Do I need an account?
No. The code your admin sends is your login, and it works on one phone. There's no password or email to keep track of.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Each entry saves on your phone right away and sends when you have signal again. A whole hitch with no coverage is fine. Voice needs signal unless your phone has offline speech for that language. Typing works anywhere.
Can I use it in Spanish?
Yes. The app runs in 20 languages, including Spanish, Hindi and Bengali. Voice works in the language you pick if your phone supports it.
Is my data private?
Your entries go to your company's office. If your company turns on delivery receipts, a contractor also gets an email of the fuel you logged for it, with your name and truck. Your suggestions stay on your phone. Nothing is sold.
