One price per fueler. The office is free.

$120 per fueler seat a month, or $1,440 a year. The dashboard, the reports and every admin login are free.

Billing questions

How do I get started?
Create your admin account and add fueler seats in Settings › Billing & seats. Then generate a code for each fueler and text it to them. The dashboard is free, and you're billed per fueler seat.
Is there a free trial?
No. Billing starts with your first fueler seat, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time. If you want to look around first, open the read-only demo.
What happens if I cancel?
You can still export your logs for 90 days after you cancel. After that, your entries are scheduled for deletion. If you subscribe again before that date, the deletion is called off.
Do you give refunds?
Cancelling stops the next charge, and the month or year you've paid for runs to its end, so unused time isn't refunded. Seats you remove partway through are credited on your next invoice, and a charge we made by mistake is refunded in full. The refund policy has the details.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. It's $1,440 a year per fueler, on one invoice instead of twelve. That's the same rate as paying monthly.
Can I add and remove fuelers anytime?
Yes, and seats are prorated. Add a fueler mid-cycle and you pay for the rest of the cycle. Remove one and the credit goes on your next invoice. You can't have fewer seats than active codes, so deactivate a code before you remove its seat.
What payment methods do you accept?
A card or a US bank account (ACH debit) at checkout, or pay by invoice: Stripe emails an invoice your team pays by bank transfer, ACH or card. The first invoice is due on receipt and later ones in 30 days. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card or bank account numbers.
Is security included at this price?
Yes. There's one plan, and every company gets the same security: encryption in transit and at rest, each company's data kept separate in the database, and an audit log no one in your company can edit. There's no higher tier.
Which phones does the fueler app run on?
Android phones running Android 10 or newer. The office dashboard runs in any modern browser.
