How do I get started?

Create your admin account, add a fueler seat in Settings › Billing, generate a code for each fueler, and text it over. The dashboard is free; you are billed per fueler seat.

Can my fuelers install the app today?

The fueler app is in closed testing on Google Play; your fuelers get an install link the day it is public.

Question 3

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your logs remain exportable for 90 days after cancellation, so billing and compliance never lose access to historical data. After that, your entries are scheduled for deletion; starting a new subscription before that date clears the schedule.

Can I pay annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pay $1440/year per fueler for a single annual invoice instead of twelve monthly ones. It is the same per-fueler rate as paying monthly.

Question 5

Can I add and remove fuelers anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Seats are prorated: add a fueler mid-cycle and you pay for the remainder of the cycle; remove one and the credit applies to your next invoice. Seats can't go below the number of active codes — deactivate a code first.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Is my data secure?

Yes. TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security, and an append-only audit log.

What devices does the mobile app support?

Android 10 or newer today. iOS follows our Google Play launch — ask sales@fuelrelay.net if your crew is on iPhone. The admin dashboard runs in any modern browser.

Do you have a free plan?

Accepted Answer

The admin dashboard is free. You need at least one fueler seat to use Fuel Relay for actual logging.
