A code is one fueler’s login for the Fuel Relay app. Every fueler gets their own, and each active code uses one paid seat.
Make codes
- Go to Fuelers and press Add a fueler.
- Choose how many fuelers. If there aren’t enough seats, the box says so and offers Add seats.
- Optional: type each fueler’s name and truck. Then the Fuelers list shows who each code is for from the start, and their app opens with both filled in. They can still change them in the app; their change shows here too.
- Press Generate codes. If you haven’t entered your password in the last few minutes, you’ll be asked for it.
- Copy each code, or on a phone press Text to send it straight to the fueler.
A new phone
A code works on one phone at a time. When a fueler gets a new phone, open them in Fuelers and press Reset device, then they enter the same code on the new phone. You can reset once every 30 days.
Someone leaves
Use Deactivate code (in the row’s menu on Fuelers, or on the fueler’s Access tab). The code stops working now and its seat is free for someone new. Logs they already sent stay. To bring them back, give them a new code.
