Sending a log back

Ask a fueler to fix a log, what they see on their phone, and how to take it back.

If a log looks wrong, send it back to the fueler with a note saying what to fix. It sits on the Fuel logs › Flagged tab until they resend it.

Send a log back

  1. Open the log and press Send back.
  2. Write what needs fixing. The fueler reads exactly this note.
  3. Press Send back. Its gallons leave billing until the fueler fixes it and sends it again.

Take it back

Sent one back by mistake? Right after sending, the message offers Undo. A little later, open the log and press Take back (or tick several on the Flagged tab and use Take back in the bar). The log goes back to Needs review as it is, your note is removed, and its gallons count again.
