You can print fuel logs, or save them as a PDF, from any tab of Fuel logs.
Print logs
- In Fuel logs, tick the logs you want.
- Press Print in the bar at the bottom.
- Choose your options, then press Print, or Download PDF to save the file. On Safari, a phone or a tablet the print button reads Open PDF to print (the PDF opens in a new tab) or Save PDF to print (where the browser can’t show PDFs).
The options
- Text size: slide it, or pick Compact, Standard, Large or Extra large.
- Layout: each log on its own page, or logs one after another.
- Paper (Letter or A4) and Orientation.
- Colour, or Black & white to save ink.
- Include: entries, totals, the note on logs you sent back, a signature line, and a summary page in front (the dates, total gallons and gallons per contractor). The summary page is off unless you tick it.
Your choices are saved to your login each time you print, so they're already set next time, on any computer or phone.
