Customer signatures (optional)

The person receiving the fuel signs on the fueler’s phone. Where the office sees it.

Customer signatures are optional and off until you turn them on. Then the person receiving the fuel can print their name and sign on the fueler’s phone, like a paper fuel ticket.

Turn them on

  1. Go to Settings › Company & branding.
  2. Turn on Ask for customer signatures.

Your fuelers’ app then offers Customer signatures on the log. While it is off, nothing changes in their app, and signatures already on logs are kept.

On the phone

  • One signature covers the deliveries at one place: the person on site signs once for the units fueled there.
  • They sign with a finger, or type their name instead.
  • Signing never holds up saving an entry or sending a log, and it works with no signal.

In the office

Signatures show in each log’s details in Fuel logs and on printed logs. If you email delivery receipts, a receipt says whether each fill was signed for.
