Reports and the billing export

Reports shows your gallons for any dates: by contractor, by AFE, by unit, by fuel type, by fueler, and the busiest times.

Month-end billing

1. Open Reports › By contractor.
2. Pick the dates. Last month is chosen for you in the first week of a month; the dates show beside the choice (for example Aug 1 – Aug 31, 2026).
3. Press Export Excel. That file is what you invoice from.

What is counted

• Logs awaiting review and reviewed logs. Busiest times also counts logs still being filled in, so it shows a shift while it happens.
• Not logs you sent back, on any tab. By contractor says how many were left out, with a link to them.
• Home’s “Top contractors this month” uses the same rule, so the numbers match.
